Personalised Aprons - Adults

Orders have a 1-2 week lead time as they are all made to order, this is the maximum timeframe before your order is posted. Some orders may be sent sooner based on our stock levels and time available.

All Items are posted Tracked 48 to cover up to £100 of goods, it aims to delivery within 1-3 days however there may be delays due to COVID, these delays are out of our control. Orders over £100 will be upgraded to the relevant cover.

If your item is delayed please wait 7 working days before contacting us as its only at this point that we can contact our postal provider to open a case for delayed or lost post.

 

Washing:

MAKE SURE to seperate coloured garments from a whites wash and whites from a coloured wash to avoid colours running in the first few washes. 

When washing your garments, turn them inside out, use cold water (Recommend 20 degrees), Do not use bleach or alkaline detergents, Do not rub the printed image. 

Drying:

Tubble dry at low temperatures, if your machine allows. Preferably dry naturally to avoid damage to the image.

Ironing:

Do not iron directly over the image, use a cloth or tea towel on top and have the iron on a medium heat (for cotton items).

Please contact us within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, to request to return an item. 

Items are refundable if the following terms are met:

- It is in it's original packaging including tags & labelled bags.

- Has not been used/worn.

- Is returned within 7 Working days from the date of dispatch.

- Has the original tag attached.

- Has no marks or imperfections.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or not what you ordered, please mention this when requesting a return.

All orders are photographed before packaging to ensure no imperfections were present before they are shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: The original postage costs will not be refunded for the order and the return postage is to be purchased by the customer.

All photos, branding, products and merchandise are copyrighted, any theft of copyrighted items is actively monitored and legal action will be take upon failure to remove these items from other platforms.

Perishable goods and merchandise are for the customers consumption or use only, these are not to be resold or used in any other way without our explicit permission.
