DELIVERY

Delivery costs are charged based on the weight and class you are sending the item at. These moulds are sent using 1st class (Aim to deliver within 2 days) with an option to upgrade to Tracked 48 (2 days when ordered by 3pm). Using the tracked service allows you to track your parcel right to your door.

All orders over £20 will be upgraded to tracked and orders over £30 receive free shipping (UK).

Returns, Refunds and exchanges of Products are subject to the sellers discretion on a case by case basis.

In order to return a product it must be sent back within 7 days, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with any labels attached.

As the customer you will be responsible for paying any return delivery costs and you will not be refunded your initial cost of delivery from when the item was purchased.
